A Heartfelt Thank You and a Desperate Feature Request [mp4]

Dear Ernie,

I wanted to start by saying a huge thank you for creating such an amazing application. I use it all the time, and it's honestly made a huge difference for me. I truly love it and have a great deal of affection for the work you've put into it.

I have one small issue that I'm hoping you can help with. I've noticed that when I save an MP4, it saves as a picture. I've been desperately trying to figure out if there's any way to make these files autoplay. Is there any possible way to enable this? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a solution. Any help you could provide would be incredibly appreciated.

Thank you. I'm glad you like the app!

Does your mp4 file contain video? I assume so. The app supports mp4 files in the "Picture _" column, and there's special logic to deal with video playback.

I don't know if I can auto-play videos. When I programmed support, I don't think this was supported. For example, iOS purposely disabled this and required user interaction to start a video, at least if you wanted to hear sound.

Are you using iOS or Android? I can try a test and see if I can get autoplay to work.
