Sorry for slow response.
In the main Decks screen, swipe left on deck and tap "edit". Notice the "deck code". This is the location of where the app will download your file from. If you are using Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive, it will start with D: G: or O:
Does the deck code match with the location of the file you are updating?
You can also try adding as a new deck as a test to see what happens.
