uploading 4 column spreadsheet not working

I made 4-column spreadsheet using apple pages. I copy and pasted everything including the heading (text1, text2, etc) into uploading box. After upload and download to my iphone, it will only show 3 columns when I open the deck. What is the problem?

In the header row, make sure you put a space between "Text" and the number, so "Text 1".
If you did that and it still doesn't work, post/PM/email me a deck code and I can see what you are trying to upload.
