If column 4 is your side 4 text, please use headers for all your columns (e.g. "Text 1").

I checked back to the file and noticed that particular line seems fine. How to solve this? Note that, I use no double quotation marks.

Do you have a header column with items like Text 1 and Text 2?
Look at your first column. Double-check the value. Is it valid? Make sure there are no spaces before or after the text.
