Dear Ernie,

I'm having a problem uploading my deck back to Google Drive. It shows "Error - The user does not have sufficient permissions for this file". Could you guide me on how to solve this? I tried to search in the forum but it seems like no one had this issue before.

I've never heard of this before. I would log out of Google Drive from within the app and log back in to see if that helps.

+ (add deck), Google Drive, gear icon, Logout.
Log back in.

If still doesn't work, you might try using web browser and going to Drive:
https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive

When you log in from the app, the app will create "Flashcards Deluxe" folder and some sample decks. Were these created?

It works after I tried to log out then log in back. Thank you so much.
