Yes.
One way to mark a card is to "Flag" it.
You can find flag button in bottom-center button in the study screen (as you study). You can also find in the card detail/edit screen.
Another way is in the card listing screen.. tap "Mode" at bottom, then Multi-select. Tap cards you want to flag. Tap "Mode", Set Flag, Set Flag.

Once you have your cards flagged, to study just these cards, return to study screen, tap gear icon at top-right to view Decks Options, then tap "Cards to Study". Here you can set "Flagged" to "Flagged Only".

Another option is to assign cards to categories and use Cards to Study to filter on cards with certain categories.
