Upgraded to new phone and lost purchase

I previously purchased Flashcards Deluxe for use on my ipad and iphone. When I upgraded to a new phone, I lost access to the upgraded version of Flashcard on my phone but still have access on my ipad. What can I do to restore the purchase??

Hi Richard,

Sorry for the slow response. Are you logged in to App Store using the same account as you originally purchased with? If so, you should be able to download again for free, as Apple shouldn't charge the same account twice for the app.
