CANNOT SYNC VIA APP SEVER AUTO-SYNC

Hi Ernie,

I struggle with the new auto-sync feature !
I have 3 devices (2 iphones and 1 ipad) and everyday work on my ipad to type in a new sets of words and use my iphone to repeat them all day long. Normally i use dropbox to sync across those devices and it works pretty well with just a minor awkward action of manually syncing in each one of them. With your new feature of auto-sync, i have been using for a few days and somehow, everytime i sync, it does not work at all. how come for that happen ? Can you guide me how to use this feature .

Hi,

On your iPhone, go to Global Options >Sync. Choose the "App Server" option.
Tap "Decks to Sync"
Do you see a section "Cloud Only"? This is where you turn on the deck you uploaded from your iPad. If so, turn on then sync.

Or do you see a section "Cloud + Local". If you see your deck here, then it should be syncing.

On your iPad, go to Global Options > Sync. Open the "Log" at the bottom. Do you see activity?
Look at the Log on your other devices also.
