5-sided problem

I'm having trouble getting more than three sides to show on my deck. I've labeled all five columns ("side 1" etc across row 1) but when I import the deck, sides four and five show up as categories. Do you know what I'm doing wrong? It's a pain to manually enter the categories as additional sides using my phone.

Instead of "Side 1", using the column headings "Text 1", "Text 2"... "Text 5"
