Is there a Global Settings for Flashcard Sequence

I have many decks and they all have the same settings - Random order, Random side first, Repeat missed slides. Is there a place to make these setting global? Every time I put a new deck in or replace a deck with an updated version, I have to set up or redo all these settings.

In most study option setting screens, there is a button at the bottom "By Deck". Tap it. Here you can change the setting for all decks at once, including for new decks.
