Just want to know how to write pinyin with the accent indicating the tone on the flashcard ?

Thanks for the tip

You can't really with this app. If you hold down a vowel on the keyboard, a few tone options will become available, but not all. One option is to use another chinese dictionary app that will do this for you, then copy-paste back into the app. What I do is create my pinyin on my PC (copy-paste letters from a web source if needed).

I'm out of town now, so don't have this other dictionary app name in front of me (if you are interested), but I can let you know when I get back in a couple days.

bblong,

I personally like KTdict app for converting pinyin to tone marks.
If you edit your cards on your computer, using an online website might be easier to help with this conversion.
