Accents and Marks

I pasted the card information into the upload page and it didn't have the accents and marks I need. Is there anyway to solve this?

Generally, accents should paste just fine. But, sometimes people use special fonts to create the accented characters, and if you try to transfer to an app without that special font, the accents go away. If this is the case, you can still do it, but you need to create your characters a different way by using proper unicode text (which is font independent), which you can usually find on the internet and get by copy/pasting into your own text.

So, it would help if you send me an example. You can post here or email me at et@orangeorapple.com. But my first suggestion is to see what font you are using with your original text.
