lost swipe up or down

I can't swipe up or down anymore. I tried this on both the browse mode and the non-browse mode. I really don't understand what I did for this to happen.

Did you change the "Control" option to turn tapping on (instead of swiping)?
Global Options > Control > Standard
Try setting Standard to see if that fixes the problem.
