No. If you are a flashcardexchange paid member, you can export to CSV and then import into my app through my website through a copy-paste process. If you are not a paid member, you can try copy-pasting from there website, but you can only view 50 cards at a time.
Flashcardexchange does not appear to open their site up to 3rd parties, except for with their exclusive partner Mental Case.
