Hi Matina,

Text items are assigned to "Text 1", "Text 2", "Text 3" and "Text 4" (in your case)
Side 1 will represent the question, which can be any combination of your Text items.

In "Deck Options", I recommend you turn on "Advanced Layout". A couple layouts will be created for you by default.
Tap "Edit Layouts" and add a 3rd layout, and edit the names for your purpose.
In "Deck Options", tap a Layout name to view the normal deck option settings.

The differences between "1->2" and "2->1" are
1) Statistics set is "2" for "2->1". If you want statistics (correct/wrong/progress) to be shared across all 3 views, select "1" for all. If you want to keep statistics separate for each, you can assign 1,2,3.
2) Card Layout is different for "2->1" as "Text 2" is shown on Side 1.

for each of your layouts, edit the Card Layout to show the text items you want on each side.

If you need more guidance, let me know.

Card layout, up to four columns on one side

Hello all,
I'm new to Flashcards Deluxe and I hope someone with more experience can help me out. I want to create flashcards for a kid at school, simply typing off the vocabulary list at the back of the school book. It has three columns, the Spanish word, an example sentence in Spanish and the English word. I want to add a fourth column and have a translation for the Spanish sentence as well. I also need a number field that won't be shown but used for a filter.

I want the cards to look like this:

First study option: English to Spanish word training
Side 1:  just the English word
Side 2: the English sentence
Side 3: all four fields (English word, Spanish word, English sentence, Spanish sentence)

Second study option: Spanish to English word training
Side 1: Spanish word
Side 2: Spanish sentence
Side 3: as above

Third study option: Translation English to Spanish
Side 1: English sentence
Side 2: Spanish sentence

Fourth study option: vice versa

I'm sorry but I have been unable to figure out how to do this. This app is so very powerful, I'm sure it must be easy, but I simply can't find a way. I'm using the Android version btw.

Thanks for any help!
Best regards, Matina
