Armin,

You don't need to do this anymore. With the latest version I allow you to download directly from your google docs account. Create a folder/collection called "Flashcards Deluxe" and put your spreadsheets in there. In the app tap +, Google Docs and enter your email/password, and the spreadsheets should be shown and ready to download.

What does "... shorten it using e.g. tiny.cc ..." mean?

I got for example "...spreadsheets.google.com/pub?hl=en&hl=en&key=0ArLwMuk6jA_WdHBFYjNVRnVNc0lrSURzVHgwdnUzVkE&output=html"
How can I shorten it ?

Regards

Armin

Ah, I did not know you could do this. Thanks for the info.

I updated the app to allow you to download directly from Google docs. It seems to work well. I might submit a quick update to fix some minor issues and may include the Google update with it.... we'll see.

Hi, this is really nice:
If you two-column spread-sheet just go on the little down-arrow next to share and select "Publish as a Webpage". As format specify TXT (Plain Text). Use the resulting link, shorten it using e.g. tiny.cc and enter it as a private deck code.

Voila!
Google docs can also keep the exported version updated, so you only need to enter the link once!

Great App, next I'm gonna try using mp3 flashcards
