By default, there is a title bar at the top and a toolbar at the bottom. You can hide this by tapping on the title bar at the top center. Tapping at the top will toggle full-screen on / off.

Even if full screen, scores will be shown. If you want to hide them completely... at the main Decks screen tap the gear icon in the top left to go to Global Options, View, Advanced, and you can turn off "Show Statistics".

I am using the flash card app on my iphone. The score boxes are taking up half of my screen and I don't want to use them. Is there a way I can delete them and see my whole card? Thanks.
