Your understanding of the last review time and current interval (720=30 days) is correct.
It's probably because your date format is not what the app is expecting. Try something more like:

..720,2011-01-31 10:00

The date should be YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM

I'm not sure if a 00:00 time would work, so just pick a real time to be safe. Try it out on a single card. Let me know if it still doesn't work.

I have just uploaded a deck where i have edited the statistics. (It is vocab that i have learnt previously but still want to review every so often).
The statistics i uploaded were similar to: 2,0,50,40,10,10,720,31/01/11 00:00:00

My understanding was that this would mean that the next time this card should appear would be in a months time since 720 hours is 30 days, and the last review was set to 31st Jan.
However, when i uploaded the deck this card was listed as being due right away - what have i done wrong?
