I don't have a PC version of the app, sorry.

One option might be to bulk-import a flashcard list to Quizlet.com and study using that website. If you do find a PC study program or web app, you can usually import a premade list (either comma or tab-delimited list). You might be limited to 2-sided text-only flashcards though if trying an easy transfer. Of course one downside is that there would not be a sync and statistics would not get transfered.
