You can... the (+) button on upper right then new folder.

Great program and a real bargain too. I've bought a lot of flashcard programs (some not so cheap) and yours is hands down my favorite so far.

I'm accumulating a lot of decks to study however and it would be nice if I could organize my decks into folders. (Can you already do this?)
