Hi erpel. You can change the front and back color schemes pretty easily. Go to Global options > Card Colors, and tap "Custom". Here you can change the text and background colors for each side.

Hi

Have you considered offering a one button option to just show the front and back in different(maybe inverted) color schemes? I think this visual cue can be very helpful in certain situations.
