Correct, the size tag will force a new line.
Try using the html <font> tag. See the example below:

<font size="1">a</font><font size="3">a</font><font size="5">a</font><font size="7">a</font>

size can be 1-7

I have a question.
Can it be possible to use <size> tag without intrinsic line break?
When I use <size> tag, line break seems to be inserted.

Texts with different font size can't be shown in same line?
