I believe it's complete. You'll find a .sql database and a "Media" folder.
In the next update, you'll be able to export the .sql database and all media to dropbox very easily, and restore it. This is how I'd recommend most users to do a full backup.

hi ernie, I use an app for making - besides of the backup inside iTunes - backups of the most important data folders of my iphone. Is it a good way to take the Documents folder inside the FlashCard area and copy it to a local HD or isnt it complete?
