It sounds like you are adding a new deck using a deck code? If so, what exactly happens? If you get a deck full of "empty" cards... browse through the deck to see if you notice any error messages on the cards. If you export or email this deck, maybe this might help me.

I don't know why an append would work any different that adding a new deck.

Sorry, not sure. Yeah, send me more details on what is not working and specific errors/results you are getting, and maybe send me a deck code doesn't download for you.

For two days now (of and on) I have tried to input new decks, and for reasons I cannot see some have been successfull and other have not. All decks seem to upload into the system but I am only able to download to my I pod the occasional file. The only way I am able to input the defaulters is to create a file on my i pod and then append the file data This works, but if do this same exercise but try to download it doesn't work.
If there is no probelm your side then I will send you an exact detail of what I am doing
